Guaria
de Osa - Rainforest Beach Retreat Centre and Ethnobotanical Gardens
Guaria de Osa advocates ecological travel in concert with raising funds for The Osa
Foundation / Group Osanimi non-profit work in rainforest conservation and cultural
heritage projects among indigenous ethnic minorities and rainforest communities in Central
and South America.

Owned and operated by Richard McDonald, a Clinical
Herbologist in Silver City, NM. Desert Bloom Herbs is concerned about maintaining an
environment in which medicinal plants can be grown for the purpose of developing the
purest and most potent possible plant medicines.
Super Salve
Founded by Clinical Herbologist Denise Tracy, a cottage
industry established in 1990. Denise was asked by a Grand Canyon river guide to formulate
a medicinal salve for use by crew and passengers on extended Colorado river trips. The salve was such a success that the company was created to meet the demand.
Peak Scents
DeeAnn Tracy's company. A second-generation herbalist and Grand Canyon river guide,
she created Peak Scents botanical body care to repair and restore the mind, body and
spirit.
Winter Sun Trading Company
Is Denise and DeAnn's mother's company. Operating in Flagstaff, AZ for over 20 years, the
site offers herbs, kachina dolls, Jewelry, books, baskets and so much more, with links to
Colorado River Runners and other Flagstaff area businesses.
Desert Woman Botanicals
Monica Rude has been growing medicinal herbs & making herbal remedies since studying
with Michael Moore in 1991. After being a nurse for 20 years (MSN, specializing in
critical care, neurology, & physical rehabilitation), it wasn't easy at first to
accept crude herbs as serious medicine; but before long, she started to see they really do
work & has been making products ever since. Many of the herbs are grown using organic
methods on a small farm in the Gila River Valley in New Mexico.

EntheoSound - Peruvian
Whistling Vessels
For over two thousand years, different cultures in Peru produced vessels
psychoacoustically tuned. Instruments which produce vibrations that induce an expanded
state of consciousness different from anything known today. They stopped producing their
vessels when conquistadors entered their land. They did not share the vessel experience
with the invaders. For hundreds of years the vessels have remained silent, waiting for
this point in history to reawaken.
