Herbal Medicine Field School - The 9 Month Program

PLEASE NOTE:  School will start in October and run through July!

Here is the opportunity to continue with your normal activities, including work while being able to attend an herbal field school.  Find out more about what you will experience.

This program has been designed to bring you all the information you need to begin or further your voyage into the world of herbal medicine.   One weekend a month for 9 months, plus you get to attend the Voyage Botanica Conference that is usually held in October at the Indian Hot Springs.

Once a month we will come together at our base, the Indian Hot Spring, near Safford Arizona.  This magical oasis is central to as many as 150 medicinal & edible plants found in the nearby mountain and desert ecosystems.  Many of these, we will experience during our 9 months together.

Also, our location is a very central driving destination from many of the urban areas in the Southwest.  Example: Tucson 2.5 hrs, Phoenix 3 hrs, Silver City 2.15 hrs, Las Cruces 3.5 hrs (Approximate driving times).

Teaching Weekends:

Our School is looking for students who desire a unique and powerful Herbal Medicine experience.  People who can commit themselves in going through a doorway that is both educational and exploratory in nature.  Students who want to be part of this Oral tradition of Herbal Medicine and who want to help preserve this timeline, by becoming an Herbalist to the World in which they live...
